The medics recommend that you get to know what ‘normal’ feels like in your breasts ‘so that when you check monthly you have a better chance of noticing when there is a change.  Note Lumpy breasts are normal. Help us to get the message out to of the importance to check your breasts at least once a month – male and female alike as Gents can also get breast cancer.  Over the month of October, we will be randomly picking names of those who share tour cancer awareness posts on social media. At the end of the month we will pick three winners to win a Back Massage each. Help us Spread the word of the importance of being cancer aware to catch it early. Thank you.
